Estimates, not advice
Every calculator here takes the numbers you give it and runs them through published formulas and public data. What comes out is an estimate: nothing on this site is financial, tax, or legal advice, and using the site does not create an accountant-client or attorney-client relationship. Withholding, benefits, and tax situations are individual — a qualified CPA, your tax professional, or your payroll department is the right place to confirm anything before you act on it.
No warranties
This site comes with no promises: the content and calculators are provided as-is, and while we keep formulas, data, and text current and fix reported errors quickly, mistakes can slip through — and tax rules change every year.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, WageCrunch and its operators accept no liability for losses or damages connected with using the site or its calculators — including any decision you make, or skip, based on a result shown here.
Your data
Calculations run entirely in your browser. We never receive, store, or sell the numbers you enter — see the privacy policy for what little is collected (standard, anonymous web traffic) and how advertising cookies work.
Intellectual property
Site copy, design, and code are WageCrunch’s property and may not be copied or republished without permission. The public data the calculators draw on stays the property of its publishers — the IRS, the Social Security Administration, state revenue agencies — and is credited on the pages where it appears.
Advertising and third parties
Advertising from providers such as Google pays for the site. Ad content is chosen by the ad network, never by us, and appearing here is not an endorsement. Outbound links are there for convenience — those sites are outside our control, and their content and practices are their own responsibility.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, overload, or mass-scrape the site, and do not use it in ways that break the law or other people’s rights.
Changes
These terms may change as the site grows; the date at the top always shows the current version, and using the site after an update means you accept it.
